The Process
Gas safety checks ensure that your property has fully functioning, safe gas installations. These are done every 12 months to make sure that your tenants are safe within the property they are residing. Our Gas Safe registered engineers will be out to you in no time and will provide a thorough check of the property.
Once completed, a gas safety record will be issued. This must be passed to the tenants within 28 days or whenever they move in, whichever date is sooner.
These records are to be kept for a minimum of 2 years, so it is important to put them somewhere safe.
